Common questions
Short answers about how we work.
What does DoggoAI build?
Custom software with AI built in, made for one company. It learns how your team works and makes everyday work easier. You own it, and it runs in your own cloud.
Who do you build for?
Growing companies whose work does not fit off-the-shelf software. We have built a garment design system for Destuo, a content studio that makes catalogue-ready product photos for the kidswear brand BigLilPeople, and a system for Physio365’s chain of physiotherapy clinics, from the front desk to billing.
How do we start?
With a 30-minute call about how your company works and the tools you use. Next, an audit gives you a build plan. Then a pilot builds one workflow, so you see it working before you commit to more. The full build follows, phase by phase.
How long does it take?
The pilot takes 2 to 4 weeks for one workflow. The full build then goes phase by phase.
Who owns the code and the data?
You do. The code is in your GitHub and your cloud from day one. If you stop after the pilot, you keep the code. You can remove our access at any time.
Where does our data live, and is it safe?
In your own cloud account, in an India region. Every system has two-step login, roles, an activity log, encryption and daily backups. The DPDP Act’s rules name safeguards like these.
How we keep your system safeHow does the AI use our data?
Its AI works only on your data, so it keeps getting better at your work. When a feature uses an outside AI service, we tell you which one and what data it sees.
Can it connect to the tools we already use?
Yes. A new system can connect to the tools your company already uses. We look at them in the first call.
What happens after launch?
If you want, we keep looking after the system and improving it. We apply security fixes, and its AI keeps learning from your data.
Do you work with companies outside Bengaluru?
Yes. We are based in Bengaluru and work with companies anywhere in India, over video calls.
